Glass Warranty & Care Guide

Your custom glass investment is backed by industry-leading support. Here is a breakdown of what is covered and how to keep your glass pristine.

Hardware Warranty

We use only solid brass, heavy-duty hardware components. Most of our hardware lines carry a Lifetime Functional Warranty against mechanical failure (rust, seizing) for the original owner. Note: Some "living finishes" like Oil Rubbed Bronze are designed to change over time and are excluded from finish warranties.

Glass Protection

Tempered safety glass is incredibly strong, but impacts to the edge can cause breakage.

• Defects: Covered for 1 year (scratches, inclusions).
• Spontaneous Breakage: Rare, but covered by specific manufacturer terms.
• Accidental Breakage: Not typically covered, but we offer competitive replacement rates for existing customers.

Daily Care

To maintain your warranty and keeping glass sparkling:

1. Squeegee after every use. This is the #1 way to prevent water spots.
2. Avoid harsh chemicals. Ammonia and bleach can damage hardware finishes. Use mild soap or 50/50 vinegar-water.
3. Check seals annually. Plastic sweeps wear out; we can mail you replacements or perform a service call.
